Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was spotless and very comfortable, with an ideal location for accessing Preston center. The menu and food were excellent, making the stay truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a great layout like all Premier Inn facilities during the day, although lacking proper cleaning. The service was polite but could be more attentive. The location is fantastic, close to various shops, bars, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring Preston. The dining options were satisfactory, providing standard Premier Inn quality for breakfast, while the facilities were average. The value for money was reasonable given the amenities provided.
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were mostly clean and well-equipped, though the smell of cigarettes was persistent. The fire alarms were overly sensitive, but the dining options were excellent with a rich menu. A less than desirable area overlooked by a busy road, but overall a good choice for a stay.
The hotel was in a perfect location, right in the city center, close enough to the town center for convenience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially being kind to our 4-year-old son. Despite the uncomfortable bed, the overall experience was positive, and if you are visiting the guild hall, this hotel is a must-stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and M6, though lacking parking. The rooms are equipped with necessities for a short stay but have a slightly cramped feel. The service was satisfactory, and the dining options varied from rich breakfast to pricey buffet. The hotel offers decent facilities and a good experience overall.
